कब्ज़ की आसान चिकित्सा REMEDIES FOR CONSTIPATION IN HINDI
अनियमित दिनचर्या और खान-पान के कारण कब्ज और पेट गैस की समस्या आम बीमारी की तरह हो गई है। कब्ज रोगियों में गैस व पेट फूलने की शिकायत भी देखने को मिलती है। लोग कहीं भी और कुछ भी खा लेते हैं। खाने के बाद बैठे रहना, डिनर के बाद तुरंत सो जाना ऐसी आदतें हैं जिनके कारण कब्ज की शिकायत शुरू होती है। पेट में गैस बनने की बीमारी ज्यादातर बुजुर्गों में देखी जाती है लेकिन यह किसी को भी और किसी भी उम्र में हो सकती है।
आइए हम आपको कब्ज से बचने के घरेलू नुस्खे के बारे में जानकारी देते हैं;
कब्ज के उपचार के घरेलू उपाय –
- सुबह उठने के बाद नींबू के रस को काला नमक मिलाकर पानी के साथ सेवन कीजिए। इससे पेट साफ होगा।
- 20 ग्राम त्रिफला रात को एक लिटर पानी में भिगोकर रख दीजिए। सुबह उठने के बाद त्रिफला को छानकर उस पानी को पी लीजिए। इससे कुछ ही दिनों में कब्ज की शिकायत दूर हो जाएगी।
- कब्ज के लिए शहद बहुत फायदेमंद है। रात को सोने से पहले एक चम्मच शहद को एक गिलास पानी के साथ मिलाकर नियमित रूप से पीने से कब्ज दूर हो जाता है।
- हर रोज रात में हर्र को पीसकर बारीक चूर्ण बना लीजिए, इस चूर्ण को कुनकुने पानी के साथ पीजिए। कब्ज दूर होगा और पेट में गैस बनना बंद हो जाएगा।
- रात को सोते वक्त अरंडी के तेल को हल्के गरम दूध में मिलाकर पीजिए। इससे पेट साफ होगा।
- इसबगोल की भूसी कब्ज के लिए रामबाण दवा है। दूध या पानी के साथ रात में सोते वक्त इसबगोल की भूसी लेने से कब्ज समाप्त होता है।
- पका हुआ अमरूद और पपीता कब्ज के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद होते हैं। अमरूद और पपीता को किसी भी समय खाया जा सकता है।
- किशमिश को पानी में कुछ देर तक डालकर गलाइए, इसके बाद किशमिश को पानी से निकालकर खा लीजिए। इससे कब्ज की शिकायत दूर होती है।
- पालक का रस पीने से कब्ज की शिकायत दूर होती है, खाने में भी पालक की सब्जी का प्रयोग करना चाहिए।
- अंजीर के फल को रात भर पानी में डालकर गलाइए, इसके बाद सुबह उठकर इस फल को खाने से कब्ज की शिकायत समाप्त होती है।
- मुनक्का में कब्ज नष्ट करने के तत्व मौजूद होते हैं। 6-7 मुनक्का रोज रात को सोने से पहले खाने से कब्ज समाप्त होती है।
कब्ज की समस्या से बचने के लिए नियमित रूप से व्यायाम और योगा करना चाहिए। गरिष्ठ भोजन करने से बचें।
इन नुस्खों को प्रयोग करने से पहले अपने चिकित्सक की सलाह अवश्य लें। अपनाने के बाद भी अगर पेट की बीमारी ठीक नही होती तो चिकित्सक से संपर्क अवश्य कीजिए।

hello sir mere bete 12 sal ka h or ushko tuberculosis h medicin chal rhi h but ushka pet nhi saf hota morning me ,isliye vo kucuchh kha nhi pata kuchh bhi khata hai to vomiting kar deta h kuchh aisha upay bataye jiss se ushka pet morning me hi saf ho jay or vomiting band ho jaye …………………….plz reply

Try to add enough fibre in his diet…pet saf na hona, patient ki eating habits ke proportional hota hai.. Take proper treatment for tuberculosis… Gradually he will regain his normal diet as well as normal motions… Take care
