Dear sir, I have been doing injection therapy using setrol. It’s been already 3 times and doctor said it will be fine now. However, after last injection (4 weeks back) I started have UTI problem. Injection sclerotherapy is used by some doctors to treat piles. However many unqualified quacks do it in all diseases though results are appreciable in first degree piles only. So, choose your doctor carefully and do not go for it if you have 2nd or 3rd degree piles or any other disease with piles or without piles e.g. Fissure or Fistula or Perianal hematoma.
