I am suffering from fissure in ano with sentinal tag.
Earliar had fistula and treated by kshar sutra.but the fissure still exists.
Can it b cured.what will b its cost approximately.-

Dear Mr. Ali,
Take regular sitz bath and have plenty of fluids in your diet and take fruits and salad etc. to avoid constipation. Manual anal dilation (Ganesh kriya) will remove your pain very soon.

Have undergone fistula operation thru laser 2 months back, after 3 weeks pus stopped, but pain continued and healing took more time due to excessive weight (that’s what surgeon says). tried homoepathy side by side too. currently feeling of heat wave below near the anus and back thighs and constipation continues, am on isabgul daily at night

Please suggest treatment for Anal fistula. Had perianal surgery 3 months back but puss secretion still there. But I have no pain. I also continue sitz bath twice a day.
