स्वस्थ रहने के स्वर्णिम सूत्र  आचार्य चरक के अनुसार; ब्राहमेमुहूर्तेउत्तिस्ठेज्जीर्नाजीर्णाजीर्णेनिरुपयेत  सदा ब्रह्ममुहूर्त (प्रातः 4-5 बजे) में भोजन के पाचन होने का विचार करते हुए उठना चाहिए। इस समय प्रकृति  मुक्तहस्त  से स्वास्थ्य, प्राणवायु, प्रसन्नता, मेघा, बुद्धि की वर्षा करती है। बिस्तर से उठते ही मूत्र त्याग के पश्चात उषा पान अर्थात बासी मुँह 2-3 गिलास शीतल जल के सेवन की आदत सिरदर्द, अम्लपित्त, कब्ज, मोटापा, रक्तचाप, नैत्र रोग, अपच सहित कई रोगों से हमारा बचाव करती है। स्नान सदा सामान्य शीतल जल से करना चाहिए। (जहाँ निषेध न हो) स्नान के समय सर्वप्रथम जल सिर पर डालना चाहिए, ऐसा करने से […]
