आयुर्वेद/होम्‍योपैथी को मेडीक्‍लेम बीमा में शामि‍ल कि‍या गया बीमा नि‍यामक और वि‍कास प्राधि‍करण(आईआरडीए) ने सूचि‍त कि‍या है कि‍ इरडा(स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य बीमा) वि‍नि‍यमन, 2013 के वि‍नि‍यम 5(1) के माध्‍यम से आयुष इलाज को बीमा में शामि‍ल कर लि‍या गया है और 18 फरवरी, 2013 से लागू हो गया है। इसके अनुसार बीमा कंपनी गैर-एलोपैथि‍क इलाज को कवरेज दे सकती है, बशर्ते इलाज सरकारी अस्‍पताल या सरकार द्वारा मान्‍यता प्राप्‍त कि‍सी संस्थान या भारतीय गुणवत्‍ता परि‍षद/स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य पर राष्‍ट्रीय मान्‍यता बोर्ड या कि‍सी अन्‍य उचि‍त संस्‍थान में कराया जाए। नेशनल इंश्‍योरेंस कंपनी, स्‍टार हेल्‍थ एंड एलायड इंश्‍योरेंस कंपनी लि‍. और एल एंड टी जनरल […]

National Resource Centre on Kshara Sutra therapy

For the treatment of various ano-rectal diseases through ancient Ksharsutra therapy, vice chancellor, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Dr Lalji Singh inaugurated a National Resource Centre on Kshara Sutra therapy at faculty of Ayurveda, Sir Sundar Lal (SSL) hospital on 16-04-2013. According to head and coordinator, Prof Manoranjan Sahu, the centre is the first of its kind in the country dedicated for the easy treatment of piles and fistula.
